This low relief in gilded bronze, representing the descent of the cross which is also the 13th station of the Way of the Cross, dates from the middle of the nineteenth century. Note the richness and finesse of the decor illustrated characters, angels and some of the instruments of passion. Nice blackened wooden frame with some very slight cracks (see photos). This descent of the cross is captioned and dated on the back: \Good condition; note, however, some light stains on the glass pane (see photos).
