All my items are either antique flea market items or antiques, or second-hand items of varying ages. As such, they have marks of time and use that I try to indicate as best as possible by putting several photos and describing the item. I therefore ask you in advance to read the description carefully and look at the photos which are part of the item description.
Superb gilded bronze sculpture by the artist and founder Michel ILHAT signed, dated 1999 and numbered 1/8. "Michel Ilhat followed the family tradition: Falling into the crucible of bronze at his father's art foundry at the age of 16, Michel Ilhat drew from it a love for bronze, but also for sculpture. Master of fire and molten metal, for over 20 years he has been creating his own sculptures, from the modeling phase and the creation of forms and volumes, to the bronze or resin casting and patina. His work, delicate, round and graceful, stages nature and its fauna.
The female body also finds a prominent place, shown in all its softness and voluptuousness. He participates in all stages of art foundry. After the mold is demolished, the bronze obtained is chiseled and sanded in a final caress followed by the patina that will give its color to the sculpture.
