Upper bronze sculpture with gold plating depicting a sugar beet. Antique casting from around 1925 on its griotte marble base. Signed by the foundry Susse Frères Paris, offered and probably designed by Louis Sébline, a Picard industrialist based in Aisne. In very good condition, with some minor wear on the gold plating and on the marble; see images.
