We exclusively use recycled packaging, a process that is particularly important to us and is part of a much larger approach. The search for a solid and suitable packaging, the packaging of the item itself, and the wait in the post offices being a particularly time-consuming activity, the actual shipment of the item may sometimes take place more than 10 days after payment. The sale is final, payment is made within 8 days following the end of the sale or on the day of handover. Shipping generally takes place within 72 hours after payment of the item's price, but this period can be up to 7 days if the shipment requires significant packaging.
