Bronze vide poche, signed Virgile Morey, Art Nouveau, late 19th century. Shell-shaped dish, with a seated Naiad on a dolphin in the center. Signed by Virgile Morey, sculptor, student of Hippolyte Moreau, who exhibited at the French Artists Salon from 1883 to 1895.
Object listed in Philippe Dahhan's book. Back adorned with scattered dots. Vide poche in good condition, not cleaned, left entirely in its original state. Clean to a greater or lesser extent depending on desired patina color. Photos are an integral part of the description!
