Bronze Sculpture Art Deco Signed Georges Duvernet. CIRCA 1930 Bronze sculpture Art Deco signed Georges Duvernet. The original patina is a little faded, due to the caresses of time.

The figure originally featured a perfume burner (which has been lost over time). I replaced it with a solid silver hairpin head from the late 19th century. It's the best I found to replace the original onyx perfume burner with a brass lid. See the photo of the original perfume burner that I show in the ad. The signature of Duvernet is visible on the marble base. Sculpture made in limited editions. Edition number 47 inscribed under the sole of one foot. There are a few chips on the marble base.
