Our return policy is a 14-day return or exchange. All returns must include all original items, original packaging, intact, unused, and in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (outer and inner protections).

In the event that we are unable to identify you as the buyer to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase until we have reviewed your return case. In many cases, shipping companies only require photos of the damaged package and item to close a damage claim in our favor. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

International buyers - please note. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items sent with "Free Shipping" will also require you to pay return shipping fees. If you receive a refund and the return was paid for by us, the return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

In the event that our company is at fault, please contact us as soon as possible to begin the claims process with shipping insurance. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. In most cases, cancellations are free and eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation is not possible if. The item has been shipped, including the pre-transit period during which the shipping company receives the pickup and holding order. The item is customized (including any customizations such as material, color, size, or shape).

WRONG ADDRESS AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES. All items will be shipped to the delivery address registered by the buyer.

Please verify your delivery address before placing your order. If your item has been shipped to the wrong address, it will be returned to us and return fees will be charged.

We can reship the item for you upon receipt of the item by mail, but we will need to charge standard shipping rates to resend the order. Unclaimed packages will not be refunded.
