The estimated delivery time given by the carrier is within 3 to 8 business days from the shipping date. Express delivery (1-3 business days) - available for an additional fee only for EUROPE buyers. Our return policy is a 14-day return or exchange. All returns must include all original items, original packaging, intact, unused, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (outer and inner protections).

In cases where we are unable to identify you as the buyer, to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
