(so it is Art Nouveau style but not from that period). Remarkable piece that exudes a chic feminine aesthetic. Very decorative on a living room console.

More photos available upon request. This large two-candle sculpture is characteristic of the 1900s, with the young woman beautifully represented.

The shapes are slender and elegant, the drapery of the fabric covering her shoulders and the relief work in the detail of the dress are remarkable. With one foot forward, arms raised holding the two candle holders; she has a flexible posture and her pretty face and 1900s hairstyle present a very modern representation of the liberated and well-groomed woman of the time. The dress is finely twisted from the top of the bust to the bottom of the legs to end in a wide skirt that covers the floor. The whole is aesthetically very successful and of great feminine elegance.

This is a piece of great elegance that will surely please another collector or art lover for an original, neat and cultural interior decoration.
